Brighten your table on dark days with our delicious frozen and fresh meals delivered to your home!
For a simple but flavorful meal with fish, try the Cod with Ginger and Orange en Papillote. Offering fish in a package (“en papillote”) allows us to give you a fresh fish dish, which at the same time is very easy to you to cook in your own oven. The best part is you may cook the fish just the way you like it. This dish starts with a handful of fresh baby spinach on a piece of foil. The spinach is topped with a lovely piece of fresh cod, a sauce of freshly grated ginger and orange juice, a sprinkling of toasted cumin seeds, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. When you have removed the packet from the oven, carefully open and breathe in the fresh ginger and orange fragrance. Remember to save the liquid to pour over the Rice Pilaf! The Mashed Butternut Squash with Raisins, also with notes of ginger and orange, adds more sweet natural goodness.
For only $9.50 per serving, try our Ricotta and Egg Gnocchi with Olives, Capers, and Tomato Sauce– a festival of flavors! Our gnocchi is prepared from Yukon gold potatoes, a little flour, and ricotta cheese, which are expertly rolled into a thick rope-shaped strand before being cut into light pillow shapes. The gnocchi is nestled into a delicious homemade sauce of tomatoes, onion, garlic, extra-virgin olive oil, olives, capers, Pecorino Romano cheese, rosemary, oregano, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Available any time of the year, like all of our Frozen Favorites, our Blue Diner Mini-Meatloaves will chase away the winter doldrums! Savory Fare Mashed Potatoes make a filling and delicious accompaniment. This is our most popular meal combination. Add some fresh green to your plate with a salad or Green Beans with Shallots.
