Pork Tenderloin with Orange-Garlic Rub

Move oven rack to about 6–8 inches from the broiling element. Place pork tenderloin pieces on a broiler pan and transfer to oven. Broil until meat is slightly pink at the center when cut with paring knife, about 4–6 minutes total. Transfer broiled meat to a cutting board or plate and cover with foil for about 5 minutes to allow the juices to move back into the muscles, and serve.
