Blue Diner Mini Meatloaves

This not-too-spicy meatloaf receives raves from folks who say they don’t like meatloaf. Here, ground beef, with celery, bell peppers, and scallions, is prepared with a lively seasoning of a variety of peppers (black, white, and cayenne) and cumin.

This dish freezes well. It will be delivered frozen.

Allergens: Milk, Wheat, Egg, Fish (anchovies in Worchestershire sauce).

Reheating Instructions

Defrost overnight or during the day in the refrigerator or use the defrost option on your microwave. 

Once thawed, this dish may be reheated in the microwave in its container. Reheating time is usually less than 2 minutes.
