Lots of mushrooms, white and porcini, simmered with barley and carrots in well-seasoned chicken broth.
This dish freezes well. It will be delivered frozen.
Allergens: Barley, Soy.
Defrost overnight or during the day in the refrigerator. Do not put the soup bag in the microwave.
Once the soup is thawed, you may reheat the soup in a microwavable bowl in your microwave or pour the soup into a pot on the stovetop for reheating.
