Baked Pasta with Tomatoes and Shiitake Mushrooms
The depth of flavor in this baked pasta dish will surprise and please. Sautéed shiitakes, onions, garlic, and pepper flakes, seasoned with oregano and basil, are added to a cream sauce with tomatoes, Fontina, Gorgonzola, and Parmesan cheeses, then poured over the pasta and baked.
This dish freezes well and will be delivered frozen.
