Black Bean Burger with Chipotle Mayonnaise and Arroz Verde Con Maiz

Earthy black beans with egg, crushed tortilla chips, garlic, scallions, and spices make a satisfying meatless burger. The rice is sautéed in butter with onion and garlic before simmering in a vegetable broth-puréed spinach-cilantro mixture with corn. You will be surprised by how good this combination of flavors is.

This dish is provided frozen.

Defrost overnight or during the day in the refrigerator or use the defrost option on your microwave.
