Chipotle Pulled Pork Sliders with Zesty Coleslaw

Mexican version of pulled pork where the pork is rubbed with a chipotle chili powder–salt mixture before slow roasting to perfect mouthwatering tenderness. Served on two sliders with a side of zesty seasoned coleslaw mixed with fresh lime juice.

Allergens: Wheat (sliders).

Place the pulled pork in a microwavable container and heat for 1 minute or less in microwave. Fill slider rolls with heated pulled pork and serve with the Zesty Coleslaw.
