Fresh cod on a bed of spinach, seasoned with fresh ginger, orange juice, cumin, red pepper flakes, and olive oil is packaged and ready for the oven.

This dish is delivered uncooked with easy directions.

Allergens: Fish.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the packet of cod on a baking sheet. When oven is hot, bake until the fish is opaque, 23 to 25 min. You may remove packet and cut open with a knife to check for doneness. When the fish is done to your liking, remove the packet from the oven, place on a plate and cut open with a knife.
