Portabella Mushroom with Creamy Spinach-Artichoke Filling
Roasted portabella mushroom, filled with a mixture of spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese and mayonnaise, is topped with panko and grated Parmesan cheese.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place stuffed mushroom on a baking sheet. Carefully transfer baking sheet to hot oven. Bake until the crumbs are golden brown and the filling is hot, 10-12 minutes. Serve.
