A salmon cake that tastes first and foremost of salmon, with a moist, delicate texture. Lightly seasoned with lemon, scallion, shallot, and mustard. With Tartar Sauce.

This dish freezes well and will be delivered frozen.

Allergens: Fish, Egg, Soy, Wheat.

The salmon cake may be reheated in the microwave or the oven.

If using the microwave, you may reheat in its container – it usually takes less than 2 minutes.

If using the oven, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Transfer salmon cake to a baking sheet and place in hot oven. Bake until heated through, about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with Tartar Sauce.
